igubal® bearing inserts are a maintenance-free alternative to insert bearings in metal pillow block and flange bearings. Available for sheet metal housings in sizes PP202-208.

Maintenance-free

The bearing inserts made of high-performance plastic allow dry running without lubrication. Especially in environments with heavy contamination, the advantages are enormous: While classic metal bearings often need to be relubricated, the igubal bearing inserts have an embedded solid lubricant, which makes additional lubrication unnecessary. In addition, the JEM-SP bearing inserts are often more durable and are very wear-resistant even in very dirty environments.

Easy to mount

Mounting the bearing inserts is child's play. They can be inserted by hand into metal plummer block and flanged bearing housings in seconds - without expensive and time-consuming conversions.
