The iglidur® PRT-04 slewing ring bearing with locking mechanism has an integrated snap mechanism for defined positioning. The locking mechanism acts in 90° steps and enables clearance-free locking of the rotary movement.
The design is compact and intended for robust applications. The slewing ring bearing is part of the modular system of the PRT-04 series and can be combined and adapted accordingly.
The maximum holding force of the locking bolt is 700N. Replaceable sliding elements allow for adjustment and extend the service life.
It operates in dry operation and is completely lubrication-free. This eliminates the need for additional maintenance caused by lubrication. The slewing ring bearing is available in a total of eight sizes and is suitable for applications in mechanical engineering and automation, e.g. display adjustments, where precise, repeatable positioning is required.
