iglidur® i190PF, 3D printing filament

iglidur i190PF is a PTFE-free tribofilament and combines high strength with excellent friction and wear properties for heavy-duty, environmentally conscious applications. As a PTFE-free and PFAS-tested alternative, the material offers long-lasting sliding properties for demanding functional components. The filament is sensitive to moisture and should therefore be stored in a dry container and actively dried.

When is another material more suitable?

• Long-term application temperature > 90°C → iglidur J260
• For applications under water or with high humidity → iglidur i180
• Food-compatible according to FDA and EU 10/2011 → iglidur i151 · iglidur A350 for temperatures up to 180°C
• Tribofilament that is easier to process → iglidur i150

Coefficient of friction/wear resistance: according to DIN 50324; load: 10N; 0.5m/s, against 304 stainless steel
