iglidur® i190PF, 3D printing filament

iglidur i190PF is a PTFE-free tribofilament that combines high strength with excellent friction and wear properties for heavy-duty, environmentally conscious applications. As a PTFE-free and PFAS-tested alternative, the material offers long-lasting sliding properties for demanding functional components. The filament is moisture-sensitive and should therefore be stored in a dry container and actively dried.

When is another material more suitable?

• Long-term operating temperature > 90 °C → iglidur J260
• For underwater applications or those with high humidity → iglidur i180
• Food-grade compliant with FDA and EU 10/2011 → iglidur i151 · iglidur A350 for temperatures up to 180 °C
• Easier-to-process tribofilament → iglidur i150

Flexural strength (flat printed): according to ISO 178
Coefficient of friction/wear resistance: according to DIN 50324; load: 10 N; 0.5 m/s, against stainless steel (V2A)
