The triboresin iglidur i2000 for DLP and LCD 3D printing impresses with good friction and wear properties - completely without PTFE. Compared to standard technical resins, the coefficient of friction is halved resins and the service life is 50 to 80 times longer. iglidur i2000 opens up new possibilities for heavy-duty applications with simultaneous environmental awareness.

The PTFE-free 3D printing resin reduces the environmental impact along the entire value chain and also delivers excellent mechanical properties similar to those of iglidur i3000.

Ideal for companies that want to rely on sustainable and legally compliant materials - especially with regard to upcoming PFAS regulations.

Processing instructions: since skin contact with the liquid resin must be avoided, personal protective equipment is absolutely necessary during processing. For better processing, the bottle with the resin should be shaken well before use.

When to use it?

• If a PTFE-free material is needed
• When low wear rates are relevant

When not to use it?

• For the manufacturing of gears (→ iglidur i4000)
• For ductile components
