Coke oven

This system feeds coal to the compressor of a coke oven. The energy chains previously used had dangling cables which led to frequent failure, particularly with hydraulics hoses since these are in continual movement. The igus® energy chain now used protects the hoses from rough ambient conditions such as dust and heat. This allowed downtimes to be considerably reduced.
